We are a direct hard money lender, is looking to hire motivated Account Executives in the South Florida area. We are the most aggressive lender in the hard money market offering a draw, the best commission splits, compensation package, full training, and support. The Account Executive is a licensed loan originator in charge of developing and prospecting other loan originators with clients who need hard money financing. (wholesale account executive tasks) While we offer comprehensive training, the ideal candidate will already possess a strong current pipeline of broker contacts. These brokers are your lifeblood. The role is 80% in the office or at a desk virtual, calling, and online prospecting.

All candidates must have the following qualifications:

  • Must be an NMLS licensed loan originator in the state of Florida.

  • Must be fluent in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.

  • Strong sales skills required with a history of past success, B2B sales preferred.

  • 2+ Years mortgage-related experience.

  • Outstanding communication, both written and verbal.

  • Resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Detail orientated with strong organizational and follow-through skills.

  • Willing to cold call and follow a daily prospecting schedule.

  • Proactive and hugely self-motivated.

  • It's a plus if you have Non-QM or wholesales AE experience

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Daily prospecting/hunting for new brokers via telephone and online.

  • Monitor pipeline of deals, collect and review basic documents required to close.

  • Maintain daily contact with account base to solicit new business.

  • Maintain hours of 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday at our offices in North Miami or virtual if agreed

  • Follow our step-by-step daily routines to develop and maintain broker relationships.
