Responsible for overseeing and maintaining the online storefront while building digital traffic to the Company’s digital storefront.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Support Company in online sales and growth within the Amazon marketplace as well as other e-commerce platforms.
Analyze sales data, create sales reports, and provide actionable marketing strategies. Track weekly performance metrics and implement strategies to improve them.
Manage Amazon account daily, including setting up new listings, modifying current listings, controlling FBA inventory, arranging on-time order fulfillments, optimizing campaigns to ensure they are continuously bringing quality traffic (SEO Keyword and Page Optimization, ACoS, Daily Ad Spends, PPC, etc.).
Knowledge of marketing analytics, testing and research tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Optimize).
Inventory management – weekly forecasting on existing products and new product launches
Manage and respond to customer reviews.
Other duties as they arise.
1+ years of experience working on Amazon Seller Central Platforms.
Intermediate knowledge and understanding of SEO, SEM, and E-Commerce optimizations.
Skilled at PPC optimization techniques.
Skill in photo editing, video editing, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
Strong math and analytical skills.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Excellent spoken, written, and able to read Chinese (Mandarin).
Must be flexible and adaptable to constantly changing methods and objectives.
Must be current with online trends.
Ability to continuously stand or walk
Ability to bend and lift 10 pounds occasionally
Work will be conducted in an office environment
May encounter temperatures ranging from 32 degrees to 425 degrees around equipment in the kitchen if needed to enter that area
May occasionally walk on slippery surfaces
