District Assistant Administrator

Purpose & Summary:

Will oversee and act as administrator for multi-unit restaurants within your assigned territory, and will be in charge of overall restaurant operations, development of your management teams, and SOP communication and compliance of your locations.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Directing and holding the store management, service and production teams accountable for service and operations excellence

  • Ensuring adherence to company procedures, policies and specifications designed to deliver the highest quality items to our customers

  • Engaging in the hiring, coaching and direction of Store Managers

  • Conducting random inspections of restaurants in your territory

  • Conducting inventory and cash audits

  • Creating and filing expense reports

  • Implementing necessary plans to meet financial and P&L goals

  • Communicating Corporate Restaurant Operations directives to Store Managers

  • Responding to immediate or severe customer service needs as required

  • Will work with various corporate operations departments to ensure that all required items are taken care of for each restaurant location 

  • Must report any personnel issues to HR immediately and alert HR of a termination as soon as possible

  • Maintain personal health and sanitation standards

  • Must be knowledgeable of all safety codes per BP's guidelines

  • Ensure compliance with BP’s code of ethics, integrity and conduct

  • Other Restaurant Operations and Corporate Operations tasks as needed as they relate to Restaurants

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 3 years of Restaurant Management experience 

  • Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills

  • Able to multitask and work in a team environment

  • Bilingual Chinese preferred, but not required

  • Must be able to work flexible schedules 

  • Preferred degree in Restaurant Management and/or Hospitality 

  • Must be able to travel to store locations

  • All candidates are subject to a background check and employment verification process

Physical demands:

  • Ability to continuously stand or walk

  • Ability to bend and lift occasionally

  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally

Work environment:

  • Work will be conducted in a restaurant and office environment

  • May encounter temperatures ranging from 32 degrees to 425 degrees around equipment in the kitchen if needed to enter that area

  • May occasionally walk on slippery surfaces

  • Noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud
