Purpose/ Summary:

Responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization for all locations in the US. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.

  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining relationship.

  • Interviews and evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications

  • Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules if needed

  • Responsible for scheduling new hires for orientation, preparing new hire packets, and other administrative tasks to the HR department as needed 

  • Conduct New Hire Orientations (may need to travel off site on an as needed basis)

  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations.

  • Maintain personal health and sanitation standards

  • Must be knowledgeable of all safety codes per BP's guidelines

  • Ensure compliance with BP’s code of ethics, integrity and conduct

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 2 years of experience working in a recruiting role

  • Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills

  • Able to multitask and work in a team environment

  • Must be proficient in computer knowledge including MS Office Suite products

  • Bilingual Mandarin Chinese preferred but not required

  • High School diploma preferred 

  • All candidates are subject to a background check and employment verification process

Physical demands:

  • Ability to continuously stand or walk

  • Ability to bend and lift 10 pounds occasionally

Work environment:

  • Work will be conducted in an office environment

  • May encounter temperatures ranging from 32 degrees to 425 degrees around equipment in the kitchen if needed to enter that area

  • May occasionally walk on slippery surfaces
