Responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization for all locations in the US.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining relationship.
Interviews and evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications
Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules if needed
Responsible for scheduling new hires for orientation, preparing new hire packets, and other administrative tasks to the HR department as needed
Conduct New Hire Orientations (may need to travel off site on an as needed basis)
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations.
Maintain personal health and sanitation standards
Must be knowledgeable of all safety codes per BP's guidelines
Ensure compliance with BP’s code of ethics, integrity and conduct
2 years of experience working in a recruiting role
Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills
Able to multitask and work in a team environment
Must be proficient in computer knowledge including MS Office Suite products
Bilingual Mandarin Chinese preferred but not required
High School diploma preferred
All candidates are subject to a background check and employment verification process
Ability to continuously stand or walk
Ability to bend and lift 10 pounds occasionally
Work will be conducted in an office environment
May encounter temperatures ranging from 32 degrees to 425 degrees around equipment in the kitchen if needed to enter that area
May occasionally walk on slippery surfaces
