Responsibilities of an Account Manager:
Proactively prospect to meet with hiring managers at new and current clients
Develop relationships through lunches, happy hours, dinners, etc.
Increase sales by thinking and acting like an owner of assigned clients/prospects
Work closely with our recruiting team to find the right resources for your clients
Have a team-first and hate-to-lose mentality
Must demonstrate the drive and motivation to sell
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
Demonstrated effective negotiation skills
Outside Sales experience is a major plus!
