Responsibilities of an Account Manager:

  • Proactively prospect to meet with hiring managers at new and current clients

  •  Develop relationships through lunches, happy hours, dinners, etc.

  • Increase sales by thinking and acting like an owner of assigned clients/prospects

  • Work closely with our recruiting team to find the right resources for your clients

  • Have a team-first and hate-to-lose mentality

 Requirements:

  • Must demonstrate the drive and motivation to sell

  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated effective negotiation skills

  • Outside Sales experience is a major plus!
